At methaphone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label sent to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box with the return label visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
